At Solin Collective, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to fair and transparent commerce. This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business so we can continue offering considered, high-quality pieces at fair prices.

Each return request is assessed individually in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law. While we maintain clear guidelines, goodwill and customer satisfaction remain our priority.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

All return requests are assessed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly.

Approved remedies may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • Product replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Resolutions are determined based on documented evaluation, order status, and applicable law.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

All returns must be sent to the warehouse of origin.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to request a return, please email info@solincollective.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • “Return” in the subject line

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • 3–4 clear images of the item from different angles

Please wait for return authorisation and instructions before shipping the item.


Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products

For verified defective, damaged-in-transit, or incorrect items, Solin Collective may:

  • Provide a return label, or

  • Offer an alternative resolution

This depends on the product category and nature of the claim.


Return Shipping Timeframes

To ensure consistent processing, the following timelines apply after return approval:

Standard Items

  • Must be shipped within 5–6 business days

  • Must be received within 15–20 days

Large / Oversized Items

  • Must be shipped within 5–10 business days

  • Must be received within 30 days

Returns outside these timelines may be denied or subject to restocking or handling fees.


Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected upon arrival

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (where applicable)

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection

  • Bank processing times may vary

Change of Mind Refunds

Approved change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only. We are unable to refund to the original payment method due to non-refundable transaction fees and exchange rate differences.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Eligibility under this Return Policy (defective/damaged items)

Depending on product availability, some exchange requests may be processed as returns and refunds.


Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law or verified under warranty:

  • Custom finishes

  • Made-to-order or custom products

  • Cut-to-length items

  • Installed items

  • Open-box items

  • Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging

All purchases made with any discount are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Solin Collective does not reimburse labour, installation, or third-party service costs related to returns. Non-tangible products (including shipping protection, shipping insurance, expedited shipping upgrades, and donations) are non-refundable.
