At Solin Collective, we aim to provide clear, reliable, and transparent shipping for every order.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand

  • Australia

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • United States

All deliveries may be made to residential and business addresses, provided the carrier supports them.

Non-Serviceable Addresses: We are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.


Delivery Timeframes

All shipping and delivery timeframes displayed on our website, product pages, or order confirmations are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Estimated timeframes are provided in good faith and are based on:

  • Production timelines

  • Order processing times

  • Carrier performance

  • Holiday & peak shipping periods.

Unless otherwise stated, estimated delivery timeframes include applicable production and processing periods.

If an order is expected to exceed the estimated timeframe by a material amount, we will notify you and provide updated information. Where required by law, available options may include proceeding under revised timelines, arranging a replacement where appropriate, or cancellation and refund.


Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time
5:00 PM (NZT), Monday to Friday
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time
1–3 business days

Estimated Delivery Time
10–15 business days from order placement


Production & Manufacturing

  • Our lighting fixtures are produced by experienced manufacturers using materials such as metal, glass, ceramic, and stone.
  • Certain designs may require additional time due to intricate construction or specialised finishes.
  • During peak production periods or factory holidays, lead times may be extended.
  • If tracking information appears delayed or inactive, this typically indicates the item is still in production, quality inspection, or awaiting carrier processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders to New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States

  • No minimum order value


Taxes, Duties & International Orders

International Orders: Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local government charges upon delivery.

Please note that Solin Collective has no control over customs processes or fees, and we are unable to predict or reimburse them.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
You may also track your order via our Order Tracking page.


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Installation & Assembly: Solin Collective does not provide installation, assembly, or physical delivery into residences or businesses.
